Our lovingly furnished holiday home is the perfect place for relaxing days by the sea. Although the house is small, it impresses with high-quality and stylish furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Warm materials, carefully selected details, and a well-thought-out layout create a welcoming atmosphere where you can truly relax and feel at home. Despite its compact size, the holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful sleep – ideal for couples, families, or friends. A special highlight is the spacious 600 sqm garden: here you can relax, play, barbecue, or simply enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Your four-legged companions are also very welcome – dogs are of course allowed to join you. The garden is fully fenced. Various fruit trees invite you to pick fresh fruit yourself. Koje 47 is sustainably powered. The new photovoltaic system supplies a modern heat pump with split air-conditioning units in all rooms. This keeps the house cozy and warm in winter and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. A wallbox for your electric car is available free of charge. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 800 meters away and can easily be reached on foot or by bike. Whether it’s long walks, a refreshing swim, or relaxing hours in the sun – your vacation begins right at your doorstep.
