Heating:

Koje47 features a modern heat pump with split air conditioning units in all rooms. These can heat and cool. Please do not adjust the air vents manually; use the remote controls.

The following settings:

Underfloor heating:

The living room and both sleeping alcoves have underfloor heating. This is not intended to heat the rooms but only to create a pleasant warmth underfoot. The thermostats are located on the doors and can be individually adjusted.

Hot water:

A modern instantaneous water heater has been installed. The maximum water temperature is set to 48 degrees. The unit is located under the kitchen worktop, and the temperature can be increased if needed.

Waste disposal:

The following waste separation options are available:

• Yellow bin: Packaging (collection every 2 weeks, Fridays)
• Organic waste bin: Food scraps and garden waste (collection every 2 weeks, Fridays)
• Waste paper (collection every 4 weeks, on Fridays)
• Residual waste (collection every 2 weeks, Fridays)

Coffee preparation

You have the choice: French press, porcelain filter, or Nespresso capsule machine. A starter pack of capsules and sugar will be ready for your arrival. A milk frother is also available. Please observe the maximum fill level to avoid overflowing foam.

Heissluftfriteuse:

Instead of a conventional oven, there is an air fryer. A rotating fry basket is also located in the base cabinets.

Wallbox:

An 11kW wallbox is installed on the house wall by the parking lot and can be used free of charge. A Type 2 cable is available in the utility room cupboard. To start the charging process, please hold a charging card in front of the device.

Entry code:

During your stay, please use the PIN code sent to you for the front door. From inside, the front door can be operated using the button on the smart lock.

• Press once: Unlock
• Press twice to lock

If the LED flashes red, please close the door firmly and press the button on the lock either once or twice.

Departure:

• Departure should take place no later than 10 a.m. so that we have enough time to prepare the cabin for the next guests.
• Please place the dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
• Please dispose of waste properly.
• Please do not leave any food in the refrigerator.
• Please switch off air conditioning units and underfloor heating.
• Turn off the lights

Safe:

There is a hotel safe in the wardrobe in the utility room.

Dishwasher:

Program Five is the most practical. The control panel is located at the top when the device is open.

1. turn on
2. Insert tablet (appliance does not need salt or rinse aid)
3. Use the programming button to select program 1 to 10 (-> recommended: 5)
4. Press start
5. Close the flap
6. Once finished, the floor light goes out and the flap opens for further drying.

First aid:

In the utility room you will find a fire blanket, a first-aid kit for humans and one for dogs. A fire extinguisher is also available.

Smoke and water detectors:

All rooms are equipped with smart noise detectors. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with smart water detectors. Should one of the devices be triggered, the control unit in the utility room will sound a loud alarm. Furthermore, we, as the owners of the cabin, will be notified on our smartphones.

Washing machine:

A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The detergent dispenser is on the far right. The shut-off valve should be open; otherwise, it is located under the shelf cover behind the washing machine. A clothes drying rack is located next to the wardrobe in the utility room. The washing machine will beep when the wash cycle is finished.

String of lights in the birch tree:

The remote control for the string of lights in the birch tree is located on the shelf to the left of the balcony door.

Bathroom heating:

The bathroom is heated by an infrared wall heater. The remote control hangs right next to it. If desired, a timer can also be set for the next morning.
